Next January 22th starts the new series of conferences #DevelopmentbyDesign organized by the Master of International Cooperation in Sustainable Emergency Architecture of ESARQ-UIC (International School of Architecture) and Roca.
Conceived as a conversation format, the series of dialogues aims to foster a debate on the issues surrounding the practice of architecture and design particularly in the field ofdevelopment and in the construction of citiesin general.
The talks will be in English and the first will feature Nathaniel Corum of Architecture for Humanity and the master program’s co-director Carmen Mendoza.
Nathaniel Corum is community design director for Red Feather Development Group. Previously a Fulbright Scholar in North Africa, he studied design at Stanford University and has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
