somebody ask us few days ago, why don’t we gift it, or somethig about the price., because we are handkraft made.
Skfandra has a serious research about architecture and humanities that goes a step ahead of tendencies, we define it as an adult mag.
we can’t gift it because it is an independent edition which has cost, and many hours of readings, translations, contacts, and curatorial decissions.
since this ignorant irony was made we have been talking with our salers, bookers, and finally we redefine our format for sk 05. september.
& this is our last cheap edition.
we are not interested in the new, to say something’s new is to declare their inmediate obsolescence, it becomes old at moment, we don’t show the latest images to copy & paste, we present solano benitez, who makes a real disciplinar contribution & makes us think about how-to do, maybe that’s why he’s candidate to the first swiss award.
We are not talking about retro arch. If you really pay attention to solano’s work, you will see clearly that his work is any except “retro”, if you just see brick material on pictures, and it is enough to you to define it as “retro”…then you don’t have to buy skfandra, don’t waste your money and time on us.
Our forthcomming edition goes in this way definetively, and we don’t gonna be “cheap” anymore.
